I'm Jackie - dramaturg, story obsessive, and creator of Script Work Ltd.

I am currently in-house dramaturg at Raw Materials Arts working across their slate. I originated the role of Literary Associate at The Lyceum, Edinburgh (2019 - 2025) where I worked across dozens of shows and collaborated with hundreds of theatre artists.

Additionally, I work as a dramaturg in the commercial theatre sector - primarily for Mark Puddle Productions - concentrating on early stage musicals and title-led adaptations.

As an adaptor, l've worked with David Greig on the joyful, genius that is Julia Donaldson's The Baddies (UK Tour 2024 - 25). David and I continue to work together as Story Team: a shared passion project to facilitate further co-adaptations for the stage.
